OUR POLICY
You have 30 days to decide whether or not to keep your items. Should you need to return or exchange your purchase, you have 30 days from receiving your order to email info@horsebyhorse.com and advise us of your intention to return your purchase.

ALL HORSE/PONY BLANKETS, SHEETS, COOLERS, LINERS, EXERCISE SHEETS, WALKER RUGS

LATE RETURNS
Your purchase should be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period will only be accepted at the discretion of Horse By Horse. Unfortunately, at the present time, we cannot offer free returns.

CONDITION
Please ensure your items are returned new, unused, in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

REPEATED RETURNS
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience easy. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.

REFUNDS
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.  Shipping charges are not refundable. Please note that your refund can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

SHIPPING
Shipping is not complimentary on exchanges. A flat rate of $20 will be charged to ship exchanged products.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any additional insurance coverage is the responsibility of the customer.

FAULTY GOODS
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 30 days from the date you received it. If you have owned your item for longer than this, and certainly over 6 months, please contact info@horsebyhorse.com

All items on our Sale Page are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
