We do not accept returns on any Neue Schule bit unless it is defective, in which case it is covered under the Neue Schule warranty. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, we will require a receipt, or proof of purchase.

Custom Size Bridles are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refund, exchange or return. Please consult with a Horse By Horse specialist if you have questions prior to purchase.

Please note: we reserve the right to exchange a defective product in the first instance (subject to it's availability) before issuing any refund.

Once your defective product is received, inspected and approved, we will ship a replacement product to you at our cost. Horse By Horse will not charge you any shipping for sending the replacement product to you.

In the case of an exchange of a defective product, we will refund you $19.95 to your original method of payment (alternatively we may issue a refund for the shipping via check) to cover the cost of you returning the defective product to us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

In the event that we refund you for the defective product, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. In addition to the original order cost, we will also refund you $19.95 to cover the cost of you returning the defective product to us.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any additional insurance coverage is the responsibility of the customer.
