All Custom Size Bridles are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refund, exchange or return. Please consult with a Horse By Horse specialist if you have questions prior to purchase, or are considering using the Build A Bridle feature on our website and are unsure of the best sizing for your horse.
Returns/Exchanges
If you wish to return a product for exchange/refund that is eligible, please send to the below address. Note that you must request a Return Authorization Code (RAC) prior to sending any products back to us. In the event that a product is received without a RAC having been issued, we reserve the right to return the product to you and charge you for the shipping costs. All returns/exchanges must be received in the same condition as that they were shipped (with all tags on, no sweat/dirt marks etc). We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee or decline any return/exchange that does not meet these conditions. Please note that Custom Sized Bridles and Bits are final sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange or return.

Defective Products
We do not accept returns on any Neue Schule bit unless it is defective, in which case it is covered under the Neue Schule warranty. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, we will require a receipt, or proof of purchase.
Please send an email to info@horsebyhorse.com or call 561-612-3388 to let us know what defect you believe the product has. Please provide your order number or evidence of purchase. We will then authorize you to return the product to the below address:

Please note: we reserve the right to exchange a defective product in the first instance (subject to it's availability) before issuing any refund.
Once your defective product is received, inspected and approved, we will ship a replacement product to you at our cost. Horse By Horse will not charge you any shipping for sending the replacement product to you.
In the case of an exchange of a defective product, we will refund you the shipping cost to your original method of payment (alternatively we may issue a refund for the shipping via check) to cover the cost of you returning the defective product to us.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
In the event that we refund you for the defective product, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. In addition to the original order cost, we will also refund you the cost of returning the defective product to us.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any additional insurance coverage is the responsibility of the customer.
